All sales are final for all items that are sold. If you have any issues with shipping damages, all items have shipping insurance added. Please contact us per email and we will help you with this issues. We need to be notified as soon as possible about any shipping issues, within 7 days of purchase.
If contacting us with shipping issues, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and the order number.
Please do not send your purchase back to us.
We only provide a return credit if the item is completely lost in the mail or damaged with shipping. A claim will need to be put in at this time and it can take a few days.
